Not a good experience. Paid top dollar to have massive plastering bill and no recourse - the NICEIC sent me a letter stating that although the installation was safe I ought to go to Trading Standards about the state of your walls. But TS dont have any leverage with Electricians. All the old wiring left in, old sockets and light switches next to new (which I will have to remove myself), all lights taken down and new pendants put in. Still dont know if he even bothered re-wiring the shower but certainly cant see any trace of a new line to it. Despite all this being raised had a Credit Control Agency jumping on me from a great height after SEVEN days as he wanted paying immediately on completion without me even seeing the work. Luckily the CCA saw my point of view. £2.5k and a big fat plastering bill to show for it... never again.
